Can I pay bills from my phone?
Yes. The Freedom Bank MT app’s Bill Pay feature manages recurring or one-time payments. This requires enrollment on the online banking website prior to access in-app. Please contact us with any questions about this functionality.
How should I endorse a check for mobile deposit?
Please write “Freedom Bank Mobile Deposit” with your signature on the back of your check for mobile deposit. Checks missing this endorsement will be rejected.
Why would a mobile deposit be rejected?
Mobile deposits are commonly rejected for the following: deposit exceeds the daily limit, ineligible check type, duplicate deposit, missing endorsement, or poor photo quality. The Deposit History feature within the app will indicate a deposit’s status.
